The Company strategically targets investment in Class A single- and multi-tenant office buildings in coastal gateway markets, and opportunistically in select secondary markets across the United States. Through this targeted acquisition program, the Company continues to leverage the existing Gemini Rosemont platform and its demonstrated expertise in these markets.
Founded in 1992 and based in Los Angeles, California, Gemini Rosemont was created through a strategic partnership with Gemini Investments, a Hong Kong-based, publicly traded real estate investment company in August 2015.
